Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Seiba. Seiba is operated by Boris Biriukov. By creating an account or using Seiba, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Seiba provides family organisation tools including:

• calendars, events and reminders;
• tasks and projects;
• household finance tracking;
• file and document storage;
• family posts, photos and Family Memory;
• family roles and permissions;
• subscriptions and optional third-party integrations.

Seiba is an organisation and productivity service. It is not a bank, financial adviser or medical-record service.

You must provide accurate information, keep account access secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You may not impersonate another person or access data you are not authorised to access.

Family data is shared according to roles and permissions. A Family Owner has elevated administrative powers including membership and ownership management.

A parent, guardian or authorised family member may create a child profile without an account. New standalone accounts require an explicit 18+ declaration. A child may receive a linked Seiba account only through a family-managed account-link invitation created by an authenticated Family Owner/Admin for an existing child profile.

You must have appropriate authority to upload personal information about another person.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Seiba a limited licence to host, process, transform, display, transmit and back up that content only as needed to operate the service and features you request.

Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Supported external assistants can be connected through explicit permission scopes. External services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Review requested permissions before approving them. AI-generated output can be wrong; review important actions before relying on them.

Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. The purchase screen shows the applicable product, billing period, store price and renewal terms before purchase.

Store subscriptions are generally managed by the store account used to purchase them. Deleting Seiba does not itself guarantee store-subscription cancellation.

Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

You must not:

• violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
• attack, probe, bypass or interfere with Seiba security;
• introduce malicious code or misuse automation;
• abuse invitations, referrals or connected integrations;
• use another person’s account or data without permission.

You may permanently delete your profile. If you own a family that has another account-holder/member, you must first transfer Family Owner to another eligible account. If you are the only member/account-holder, the family can be deleted as part of account deletion.

Seiba evolves. Features may be added, modified or discontinued. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Seiba software, branding, product design and service content, excluding user content, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited right to use Seiba for its intended purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seiba is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these Terms. Mandatory consumer and privacy laws of your country or region continue to apply.
